About Jae
Jae Phillips helps people understand how dancing works so they can become confident social dancers. His teaching turns the moving parts of salsa, bachata, and partner dance into clear ideas you can recognize, practice, and use.
The result is learning that goes beyond a single routine: stronger fundamentals, better connection, and more freedom on the floor.
The Method
A structured category-and-formula approach gives each movement a place. Learn the building blocks, see how they connect, then make the dance your own.
